Flower Farm Tour
If you've ever wondered how we grow so many gorgeous flowers here in South West Scotland, this is your chance to take a peek behind the scenes.
On Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th August, we'll be welcoming visitors through the garden gate. This is part of the 'Flower Farmers Big Weekend' of events across the UK. The Galloway Flowers Farm isn't normally open to visitors & booking is essential.
The tour will begin promptly at 2.30pm each afternoon.
Rosie Gray, Artisan Flower Farmer & Florist will show you around the Cutting beds, introducing her favourite plants for cutting. She'll share tips on how to grow them without using harsh chemicals. She'll demonstrate how flowers are cut & prepared for maximum life in our customer's vases. You'll see for yourself how the flowers are growing healthily & supporting a buzzing community of bees, insects & birds.
The Tour includes Tea/Coffee & Cake after the tour (included in ticket)
