- If available on your chosen date, we'll arrange a telephone call. You can expand on your plans, & tell me any preferred colour scheme. We'll give you an overview of the flowers likely to be available to you & pricing.
- If you decide to book us for your flowers, we'll send a 'Terms & Conditions' to review & request a Non-returnable Booking Fee to 'Save The Date'.
- Detailed planning will continue from there
- Final invoice balance is due 28 days prior to the wedding.

About our Flowers...
We grow a wide variety of seasonal flowers, foliage & herbs, many deliciously scented at the Flower Farm. The selection includes many traditional Cottage Garden flowers (such as Sweet Peas, Tulips & Dahlias), as well as unusual varieties. Our flowers are very different to those usually found on the High Street or in the Supermarket.
And if you're plannning a country-style or wildflower wedding theme we grow many 'wild flowers' too. (They are of course grown by us & never picked from the countryside!)
At times (mostly early & late season) we supplement our flowers with stems from other specialist growers. All our flowers & foliage are grown in the British Isles - 100%, All Year Round.

Couples planning an eco-friendly wedding appreciate our low 'flower miles' & experience with arranging flowers without floral foam & unnecessary single-use plastics. We grow & arrange our flowers sustainably, without floral foam because we believe weddings shouldn't cost the earth.
All our flower & foliage trimmings are composted & used to improve the soil for flowers in future years.
Accredited Producers by the UNESCO Galloway & South Ayrshire Biosphere in recognition of our sustainable horticultural & floristry practices.
